Birthday Specials

The whole class of mine, Pre-U 2A, surprised me wit a cake, which was baked by dear sweet ol' Li Min!!! Man, it was delish! They were pretty quiet abt it till 11.45, which was the end of g.p...since we got off a few mins earlier, these wonderfully crazy ppl decided to surprise it then.....Made me go to an outer cafe in school premises with 2 of my other frens, Aisha and Faizah to buy some food items...Tired little me kept complaining....When we got back to class and I opened the class door, the whole class which was, Li Min, Nick, Clarence, Yvonne, Yasmin, Duong, Shawn and Jeremy and of coz Aisha and Faizah started singing Happy B'Day to me....Math teacher, Mr. Yu was there...It was amazing...I was speechless...Thought I was going to cry...I mean it was just a truly beautiful moment....esp when i found out Li Min baked the cake.....Only Ming Ze and Jonathan missed the whole thing as they were absent....So I gave all the girls a hug each....Then, err...Mr. Yu gave me a little b'day hug too which was absolutely weird!! But one thing was for sure, they really made the day unforgettable esp since this'll be my last b'day in SFMS......a cute key-chain bought by Nick wit beautiful words....It's said angels come in all forms...I've my fair share in Pre-U 2A!

MAKSIM

Lucky me got a chance to catch MAKSIM perform in Singapore on Sat, 24th April at Kallang Theatre.....Thanks to my aunt, I got the best seats in the house... It was amazing! The both of us were just a few rows from the stage....I've finally witnessed true talent and that performance of his was just spectacular......And the best thing abt this guy is each time he performed a piece, he got so involved in his music. His facial expresions showed him very much involved in his music while he was performing....A bit of a joker too....When he announced he was playing his last piece, there was an internal sadness from each and every person sitting there.... But Maksim, playful, as he is talented, took a bow, went backstage and reappered after 2 mins making the audience ecstatic...He did this twice....It was just absolutely impossible to forbid this guy a standing ovation......As soon as it became clear he was REALLY done for the evening, I stood up and clapped like I'd never clapped before.....MAKSIM: AN ERA OF HIS OWN.

Vanilla

hmmmm long time since i've written anything...lately haven't been in much of a mood to write, or even do, anything much..... Trying to get my chaotic (as usual) life in order.....not very successful in tat i must say.... watched Taking Lives last Sunday, 18th April....it was ok i guess......i mean i wasn't at the edge of my seat or anything.....Perhaps my obsession with Angelina is dying off...... Made most ppl in class crazy today when i kept calling my fren Vanilla....Everybody was ready to *kill* me by the end of G.P as i totally refused to tell them what it meant....Felt a little good that nobody but me knew wat it meant....heh heh.....i did tell 'em though by the end of the day BUT i didn't tell my fren, whom I was using the name on....Keep her waiting till Mon....heh heh.....It's nothing bad or mean, it's just the absolute truth....heh heh......

Weddynessydayy

man....one day of school and then it's the easter weekend...nothing much planned for friday..sleep,sleep and more sleep....anyway, in case u're wondering if the math test was sat for and conqured....well, i was absent...no, not on purpose (!).... headache attack on monday morn.....doc gave me MC for 2 days....Planning on watching Taking Lives this weekend...Ahhh...Angelina Jolie......

Lazy Sunday

Gosh it's already hitting 5.30p.m and I'm still slacking not wanting to hit the books...Math test tomorrow on trigo differentiation (hope i spelt tat rite) and I'm not even doing anything to prepare for it....Watiting for Miss Congienality (did i spell tat rite, too?) on ch 5...Watched it 3 times in the cinema and many times on HBO but i never get bored of it.....Groan......Math or T.V? T.V or Math? Well, for those of u who know me well, u noe the ans...heh heh

Passion

Went to catch Passion of the Christ on Fri with my fren Ming Ze. I expected myself to be a little bored but man, was I wrong.....The movie was worth every minute and I told myself after the movie ended tat I wished the movie'd been longer (It's around 2 hrs)....Being a person who goes for movies depending on who's acting rather than on the storyline, this movie definitely made me change my mind abt tat.......Definitely a must-see, regardless of which religion a person belongs to....
